Detailed description
With a surface area of 295 square meters over 4 different levels , there is room for several people, without the house ever seeming too big. The house can accomodate 10 people very comfortably, but is equally pleasant for two, four, six, or eight.
The house is very welcoming, with a very large living room, and large sliding glass windows overlooking the terrace, the pool, the sea and the bay of Ajaccio. On the other side of the living room the window looks out over a rock garden, which is lighted up at night. On the same side of the room there is a fireplace. In the corner there is a large flat screen television, and nearby a radio / CD or MP3 player . The room is furnished with,a large coffee table and a large angle sofa, with2 large matching ottoman stools.,There is a sideboard, 3 matching Morrocco trays , and 4 floor lamps . A wooden bar seperates the living room from the entry hall, with its mirror, console table, and folding screen . Between the entry hall and the kitchen there is a space for hanging coats, and a WC with basin.
The villa has two dining rooms an indoor one near the kitchen and an outdoor one on the terrace, between the house and the garden, protected , when necessary by a large awning not far from the outdoor stone barbecue
The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with a NEFF induction stove , Bosch convection oven, Candy microwave, Miele dishwasher, a Whirlpool type American type refrigerator/freezer. The counter extends into a circular bar with 2 bar stools . There is also a wine cellar for 25 bottles, a Magimix food processor , an electric beater, an electric carving knife, a toaster, an electric coffee grinder and Melior plunger system coffee pot, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is all the necessary cutlery , glassware and crockery/china, as well as all the cooking and serving material and utensils for cooking and serving meals
There is a utilities room/pantry behind the kitchen with a laundry sink,a Bosch washing machine and dryer, , a iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and all cleaning products and material. There is also an extra refrigerator we use for storing beverages

On the ground floor there is an ensuite master bedroom and bathroom with a bed of 200 cm wide , 2 bedside tables and lamps, 2 cupboards ,a clothes tree, a Mitsubishi air-conditioning wall unit , and a full bathroom with 2fitted wash basins and stands , shelves ,a vanity table , and bath, shower, WC)
On the upper levels there are two bedrooms :one at the intermediate level a sitting area with a sofa, a coffee table, and 2 ottoman stools, a chest of drawers, a lamp, and a clothes tree a Mitsubishi air-conditioning wall unit , and on the mezzanine the 160cm bed, , and lamp .This room has a full ensuite bathroom with WC athtub/shower ,wash basin and bidet. On the higher level , there is a room with a balcony which gives out onto the garden, a 160cm wide bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps , a small cabinet with a refrigerator , a large cupboard with drawers and hanging space , a Mitsubishi air-conditioning wall unit , and a full ensuite bathroom(WC bathtub /shower , wash basin and bidet )
.On the lower garden level there are also two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed,, 2 bedside tables and lamps , a chest of drawers and a cupboard a Mitsubishi air-conditioning wall unit , , and one bedroom with 2 single beds , a bedside table and lamp , a Mitsubishi air-conditioning wall unit , and a large cupboard with shelves and hanging space. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom (WC large walk in Italian shower, wash basin and stand ) which is accessed through the the single beds room.
On the intermediate upper level there is also an office with a balcony and a beautiful sea view with a desk, a chair, and a sofa and the WiFI box ... The house has also has an extra children's cot and 2 baby cribs and baby equipment (changing table, high chair, Baby- lounger, bathtub.). The 4 bathrooms are fully equipped with bathtubs and showers, towel rails, hairdryers.
There is also a very large dressing room,off the living room , accessible from all rooms where one can put or hang clothes, or store luggage or other items .

The house has a swimming pool (11mx5m,) (with removable top quality child protection,) and a large terrace and landscaped gardens on upper and lower levels., notably beside the pool where there is an outdoor living area with table and chairs under the large parasol . Around the house and the pool there is a large terrace area , and a bit higher up in the garden there is a stone barbecue.The lower garden has a large lawn , with flowers and plants .
The house has garage space for one car. A second vehicle may be parked on the access ramp to the garage, and there are ample parking options just opposite the villa
